Finally, a speed bag setup that doesn't rattle the whole wall. The 360-degree swivel is incredibly smooth, making it easy to keep a steady rhythm without the platform shifting. It took me about 15 minutes to mount, and now my garage feels like a real gym.

Got this mounted in my garage and it feels solid against the wall—the 360-degree swivel is smooth so the bag doesn't wobble. Only wish the included speedbag was a bit softer out of the box, but for the price it's a good setup.
